Volunteer Join the IDC and become a Greenburgh District Leaader

The Village of Irvington is included in the Town of Greenburgh.  There are political positions (District Leader) open in the Town of Greenburgh.  At this time, all of these spots are filled in Irvington, but you would still be part of the IDC if you were to fill an open position in the Town of Greenburgh.  For more information, call David Imamura (914) 275-6132

Join our fundraising committee. The Irvington Democratic Committee [IDC], supports campaigns for Democratic candidates for Mayor and the Village Board of Trustees, and all of our Town, county and State elected officials.  Click:  http://irvingtondemsny.org to see who is who.

Don’t like fundraising, but want to help get Democrats elected?  Every candidate in our District (US Senators, US Representatives, Governors, NYS Senators and Assembly persons, County Legislators, Mayors, Trustees, and District Leaders) need to have petitions signed in order to be on the ballot.  We carry these petitions for them, and get signatures from registered voters.  This is typically done in the end of June and early July.

Volunteer to Get-the-Vote-Out.  In the fall, campaign field officers will need our help putting up signs around the Village, Town, County.  Additionally, you can help by alerting our candidates about local events for appearances, help them identify local issues of concern, stuff envelopes, use social media, or add new ideas for getting the vote out.  Contact us at info [at] irvingtondemsny.org and we will put your enthusiasm to work.
